Return of the Results Phase2.
its the second day of returning our scrpits and i'm thinking i might not make it, even with the moderation. k, lets see why.
so far,
Amath - 68 %
Emath - 86%
Physics - 49%
Chem - 69%
thats really some stinker. for physics, i dont really care. but chem and Amath, man, it was such a let down. after recieving back Amath, i really felt like giving up. i didnt even try to bargain for the marks. something i used to known for, cuz somehow, i'd come back from the hollering session grinning in victory. that skill was rather anachronic that day.
Chem was a real pity, because i shaded a fair number of mcqs that deviated from the answer i scribbled on the question sheet. i had careless speeling errors like 'butanol acid' and was simply careless in apllying my concepts. i knew it was precipitation. thats why i decided on CaOH. so i used tiration, techniquely, i'll still get my salt. furthermore, i did include precipitational steps. filter wash dry in full detail. moreover, aghhh. nvrm. its such a heartache.
i really need to buck up in my handwritting. i've lost an average of 5 makrs per paper just because the teachers are unexperienced in marking. nvrm. nvrm. got back 2 other papers.
Geog1 - 29/40
SS SEQ - 22/25
geog's forecasted to do badly. i know i messed up pretty badly. SS's SBQ is rather on end. i'm hoping history can save it. english? well, every1 flunks english. not even the almighty and allpowerful mark got an A the last 2 terms.
its not much of a consolation. it'll finish tmr. tmr, i'll be knowing my L1R5. tmr, i'll know where i can go for the 1st 3 months of tertiary education. tmr.
over-confident? overly ambitous. i really dont think so. i've got the concepts locked in, but just not careful enough. or at least for my 2 B3s. for geog, there's no concept. i couldnt handle the mass of the syllabus. i'll be better prepared come november. sigh.
now that i've decided where to go, looking at the way things are going now, i wont make it.
i'd better follow up on my prayer now.
i never thought i'd end up in this place.
to whom do i go to hide this face.
yeah, we all know the answer.
