before that, allow me to be a bit schoolist here.
and really, the reason why there's so much talk abt the association of one's secondary school and one's character is really owes to the fact that much of our character is moulded at that age. and one of the longest times we spend than (lamentably) is school. frequent enough, 6 days, since many dont even recognize that 5-day week thing.
and so, even though i hated cat high, it taught me certain things. she taught us the way of slacking and that stoning was a virtue. and its not that we're lazy, we just look for the path of least resistance (or the most air-con) and that is just making the right desicions. really, we're peace-loving ppl. -grin-
so, its really no surprise that when i came vj, i got a shock of my life. in the my four years of cat high, i only learnt one cheer and its made up of what, 9 words of 4 different words. and here, we have countelss number of cheers all used repeatedly whenever the're is a chacne. i'm sorry, but the ra-ra and the hype is just not our sort of thing. we mind our own business and keep to ourselves, not jump up on a chair to rally a hundred ppl to a significant cause of stealing their vocal chords away.
in fact, in our time, if any1 dared to break our state of inertia, they just wldn get any co-operation, unless they need ppl to snore loudly in the audi, but they'll be remembered and hated for life by trying anything close to disturbing our peaceful climax. sigh, i'm getting to feel all nostalgic abt the mass pons.
speaking of which, our peaceful nature did groom us to be innovaters. i mean, we had serious problems. for instance, our DM. and well, the need to find that pat of least resistance forced us to find means and ways to sneak round the loopholes in the system. and now, in vj, we can finally apply them!
i do remember, by the second day of 01, i had contemplated shifting. but i had a moral obligation to stay. than, on wednesday, i met 05A53, and decided to stay. They always say that its the class that makes your stay enjoyable, since those are the ppl you'll be interacting most with, and ppl are what'll colour your life. well, i cant say that i totally dig mass dancing. and so, who else can i blame for the great stay we had at vj.
now, its 02. i'm sorry muffins, but it really gets unbearable.

it's the small thing that are commited sub-consously that reveal the inner motive
and while one might not be aware of it
it doesnt meant that it's not there.
the bigger actions tend to be played up
or hypocratically acted
because of knowledge that the bigger action has more audience.
whereas
the smaller actions
are just manifestations of one's natural self or raw feelings
when one isnt thinking abt what others might think.
there was a time
not too long ago
i believed
in true love so to speak.
that in true love
one would find
that there wld absolute mutual sacrifice
that things wld be perfect
becasue both wld always look out for each other.
than
as one wld realise
sometimes we speak in different languages
and we think that love shld be reflected in different ways.
hence, our expetations of what others ought to do
tends to be based upon what we wld do ourselves/ most appreciate
even tho the person truly loves
but reflects it in his/her own way.
